Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website narlisoviga.com and your purchase of books and related products from Narlisoviga Ltd ("Narlisoviga", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or place an order. These Terms apply to consumers purchasing for personal use in the United Kingdom. Business customers should contact us for separate terms.

1. About us

Narlisoviga Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales operating an independent online bookshop focused on personal finance and financial literacy. Our registered office is 38 Newton Street, Manchester M1 1EQ, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@narlisoviga.com.

We are not a regulated financial adviser, bank, insurer or investment firm. Books and content on our website are for general educational purposes only and do not constitute personal financial advice.

2. Eligibility

Our website and services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use narlisoviga.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data.
  • Use automated tools to scrape content or place fraudulent orders.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware or harmful code.
  • Reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or placing orders.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

4. Products and pricing

We sell physical books and may offer digital downloads or free resources (such as our 21-Day Money Reset) from time to time. Product descriptions, cover images and prices are displayed on the website. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but minor variations in cover design, edition or publisher details may occur.

All prices are shown in British pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the applicable UK rate unless stated otherwise. Postage and packaging charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Books are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative where possible.

5. Placing an order

When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items on these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. A contract between you and Narlisoviga Ltd is formed when we dispatch your order or send dispatch confirmation, whichever is earlier.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, stock issues or other legitimate reasons. If payment has already been taken, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order or when your order is dispatched, depending on the payment method. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store full card details on our servers.

If your payment is declined, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £40 before any discount codes are applied, unless stated otherwise during promotions.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed but are provided in good faith. Delays caused by carriers, weather, industrial action or other events outside our reasonable control are not grounds for cancellation once goods have been dispatched, though we will assist you in tracking your parcel.

Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please ensure your delivery details are correct; we are not liable for failed delivery due to inaccurate information supplied by you.

For full details on shipping options, timeframes and international restrictions, see our Shipping & Returns page.

8. Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You also have a 30-day returns policy for unopened books in resaleable condition — see our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving returned items or receiving evidence of return, whichever is sooner. We may deduct delivery costs if you chose express delivery and the standard option was available free or at lower cost.

9. Faulty or damaged goods

If your book arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where helpful. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return postage where applicable, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Newsletter, checklist and free content

When you subscribe to our newsletter or download our free checklist, you agree to provide a valid email address and to comply with our Privacy Policy. Free resources are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell or republish our downloadable content without written permission.

11. Intellectual property

All content on narlisoviga.com — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, layout and software — is owned by Narlisoviga Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Book titles, cover art and excerpts remain the property of their respective publishers and authors.

You may view and print pages for personal use only. Any other reproduction, modification or distribution requires our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimer — not financial advice

Books sold on our website and articles on our blog discuss personal finance topics in general terms. They are not tailored to your individual circumstances and do not constitute regulated financial, legal or tax advice. You should always consider seeking advice from an authorised financial adviser before making significant financial decisions.

We do not guarantee any particular financial outcome from reading any book or following any guidance on our site. Past performance of investments or savings products mentioned in books is not indicative of future results.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or purchase of products, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a single order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses, though we take reasonable steps to maintain security and availability.

14. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including publisher pages or affiliate book links. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

15. Privacy and cookies

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and use personal data and cookies.

16. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about our service or products, please email hello@narlisoviga.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within two working days and resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

If we cannot resolve a dispute, UK consumers may use alternative dispute resolution schemes or seek redress through the courts. Online dispute resolution information is available from the European Commission ODR platform where applicable.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our website, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after publication. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
